摘要

The kit and the method are for the quantitative determination of human or animal antibodies in conjunction with an immunological determination method known per se, such as an ELISA. For quantitative performance of the determination method, in the kit a non-antigen- specific antibody is bound in predetermined amounts to solid supports which are in a dry, stable form. The non-antigen-specific antibodies react in the same way with an enzyme-labelled anti-antibody as the antibodies to be determined, so that the amount thereof can be determined quantitatively by direct colour comparison.
