PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate a smoking seat zone and a no-smoking seat zone from each other for forming partial smoking space without any installation of a division or the like in a cabin by applying the constitution that a movement component toward the smoking seat zone is added at least to a whirling air flow running along the cross section of a boundary between both zones. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left air intakes formed on the ceiling of a cabin 24 in such a state as faced to each other via a passage 26 are separated into each of smoking side and no-smoking side air intake parts 28a and 28b corresponding to smoking-seat and no-smoking seat zones. On the other hand, many return ports 34 are arranged on the floor of the cabin 24, and the return ports 34 of each zone are connected to separate circulation ducts 36a and 36b. Further, the intake volume and flowrate of the circulation air from the return ports 34 of the smoking seat zone are enlarged than the corresponding volume and the flowrate in the no-smoking seat zone. and the smoking seat zone is exhausted via an exhaust port 44, thereby adding a movement component toward the smoking sea zone to a whirling air flow generated at a boundary between the smoking seat and no-smoking seat zones.
