PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually display not only the progress condition of a performance but also the sound volume to be generated by a lyrics display. SOLUTION: A CPU 10 supplies lyrics data in accordance with the progress of a performance and also supplies the timing data which show the uttering timing at each character of the lyrics and the volume data indicating the amount of the volume of the uttering for every character of the lyrics in a time sequential manner. A DSP of a video circuit 18 displays the lyrics in accordance with the supplied lyrics data and writes the characters corresponding to the supplied timing data in a V-RAM so that these characters are different with respect to other characters for the amount corresponding to the volume data and a monitor 19 displays the result. |
