The present invention relates to a water cooling apparatus for bushing welding of a power device, comprising: a water cooling case which has a casing shape made of metal with an opened lower portion, is covered on the upper face portion of a flange portion of an inner bushing, is provided with a cooling water inflow pipe connected to a cooling water inflow line at the lower portion of the outside, and is provided with a cooling water discharge pipe connected to a cooling water discharge line at the upper portion of the outside, to cool the inner bushing by cooling water circulated and supplied therein; a bushing coupling rod which vertically penetrates and is coupled to a center hole formed at the center of the upper face portion of the water cooling case, is provided with a female screw hole at the center of the lower end in a vertical upper direction, is bolt-jointed to a male screw portion of a connector installed in the inner bushing, is fitted to a close washer at the upper portion protruding outside the upper portion of the water cooling case, is provided with a male screw portion on the outer circumferential face of the upper end thereof, pressurizes and fixes the close contact washer downward while a fixing nut is bolt-jointed to the male screw portion, and is assembled and installed to the inner bushing in a state where the water cooling case comes in close contact with the inner bushing; and an upper packing which is fitted to the upper portion of the bushing coupling rod, is interposed between the upper face portion of the water cooling case and the close contact washer, and blocks the outflow of cooling water from the center hole. |
