A corrective agent for diazotype copies comprises a solution of a stannous salt, a strong inorganic acid in sufficient quantity to dissolve the stannous salt without hydrolysis, water, at least one halogenated hydrocarbon and an organic solvent at least partially mixible with water. In the examples, the halogenated hydrocarbon is chloroform, chlorobenzene, trichlorethylene, methylene chloride or carbon tetrachloride; the organic solvent is a mixture of isopropanol, ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, methyl ethyl ketone, triethylene glycol and glycerol and the acid is hydrochloric acid. |
