HV connector system for supplying HV to TV tube - has filter and bleed resistors on single insulating support

The HV connector, for supplying a television tube with a high voltage, has a filter resistor between the contact and the screened HV cable and a bleed resistor between the contact and earth. The filter resistor (Rs) and the bleed resistor (Ra) are formed using thin/thick film techniques on the same insulating support (1). This support is located between the protective cap (2) and the HV cable (3). The contact (21) and the HV cable are fixed to contact surfaces (11-13) that delineate the two resistors. The advantage lies in having only one support between the cable and the earthed cap.
