PURPOSE:To copy easily both faces of plural originals by changing colors, by copying an image obtained by the first and the second scans of a scanning means, to the surface and the reverse side of one sheet of recording paper. CONSTITUTION:An original 10 which has been set to an RDF 9 is carried onto original glass 12 and irradiated by an illuminating lmap 14, and its reflected light is scanned by scanning mirrors 13, 15, an image is formed on a CCD 18 through an original detecting lens 17, and also the image is formed on a drum through a projection lens 16 and a mirror 20. An electrostatic image is developed by a block developing device 6, and transferred onto a transfer paper by a transfer device 31. The transfer paper which has been separated by a separation electrifier 32 from the drum is fed to a both face unit 35 by a flapper 34 through a fixing device 3, and fed to a intermediate tray 8 through a carrying paths B, C. On the other hand, the original 10 on an original platen 12 is reset so that the reverse side is copied by paths D-F, and after the optical scan, the development is executed by a different developing device 7, and it is transferred to the reverse side of the transfer paper which is carried through a carrying path G and a resist roller 28 from the tray 8. |
