SOLUTION: When an operator 10 specifies an anchor and instructs a circulation to a link destination, a circulation function part 4 prepares and displays a circulation destination document list. In the case of finding that an unrequired noise document is mixed in the circulation destination document list, the operator 10 describes the document identifier of the document to the second part of the retrieval conditions by using a user preparation link information management part 2. Also, in the case of finding that a required document is omitted from the circulation destination document list, the operator 10 describes the document identifier of the document in the third part of the retrieval conditions by using the user preparation link information management part 2. After the next time, the noise document is eliminated from the list and the omitted document is added to the list. |
