发明名称 METHOD OF PREDICTING RESIN FLUIDITY WITHIN CAVITY
摘要 PURPOSE:To predict fluidity of resin within a cavity more realistically by obtaining viscosity change of resin and pressure loss which is generated in the cavity through calculation. CONSTITUTION:A cavity is separated into two simple rectangular channels with an insert within the cavity as a center and a flow Q0 of a resin 7 is injected into the cavity and a volume V0 of a model cavity are obtained. Then, the flow Q0 is distributed so that pressure loss of two channels may be equal for obtaining Qa and Qb and a flow simulation is performed, thus enabling a flow tip position at certain time to be calculated. Therefore, it becomes possible to calculate values such as pressure loss, flow tip position, flow, average apparent viscosity within resin flow in a channel which is closest to a cavity shape, thus enabling resin flow within cavity to be predicted and occurrence of failure in formation to be predicted beforehand.
