PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute fixed deposit cancel processing even after business hours as well by providing a function for displaying the transaction guide of dispensa tion or transfer concerning the dealing of canceled money on a display device for a user after the execution of cancel transaction and for guiding the user to another transaction continuously. SOLUTION: On a transaction picture displayed on an operate/display part 2 of automatic teller machine(ATM) 1, the user selects the transaction of 'fixed deposit cancel' and executes fixed deposit cancel keying. Next, the fixed deposite subject page of bankbook is opened according to guidance, the bankbook is inserted into a bankbook print/magnetic stripe read and write part 3 and further, a password number is inputted accoridng to guidance. The inputted data are sent from a control part 7 through a line 9 to communication equipment 8 and sent through a line device 11 to a host 10. The host 10 checks the suitability of sent data. When these is no problem, various kinds of data at the cancel time of amount data corresponding to a detailed statement number are edited, and a message is transmitted to the ATM 1. |
