PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous solid polyelectrolyte which has both high ion conductivity and sufficient mechanical strength in a molding work. SOLUTION: This solid polyelectrolyte consists of a copolymer in which polyvinylidene fluoride or vinylidene fluoride is a main component, and also so composed that an electrolysis solution is included as much as 30% or more in a resin molded body having independent foams, and also has a diffraction peak having at least one maximum of a diffraction strength in a zone, 2θ=17-19 deg., and a diffraction peak having at least one maximum of a diffraction strength in a zone, 2θ=19.5-21 deg., in an X-ray diffraction pattern using CuKα-ray. |
