PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric junction box that makes it possible to set a junction box unit simply, firmly and speedily when mounting to a car body a box including a junction box, a junction block or a relay box. SOLUTION: The electric junction box has a plurality of mounting parts 2a, 3a, 4a, and is of the structure of being fixed to counterpart mounting parts using at least one or more screwing members 5o, 5p, 5q for a plurality of the mounting parts 2a, 3a, 4a. A positioning projecting part is provided at a part around and close to the reference side mounting part 2a of the junction box unit 1. Also, a positioning stopper 10 that contacts the counterpart mounting parts in the turning direction of the screwing members is provided on the other mounting parts 3a, 4a.
