PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble forms for forming a fine curved surface, and to improve even the strength of a structure. SOLUTION: PC strands 1 are bent in a curve. The PC strands 1 are bent, drawing graceful curves by themselves by their rigidity. Buried forms 2 such as an expanded metal are arranged along the PC strands 1, and fixed by binding or the like. Rustproof treatment by zinc-aluminum alloy plating is executed to the PC strands 1. Accordingly, the buried forms are disposed on fine curves along the curves of the PC strands 1, and the labor of trowel finish or the like is saved. Works corresponding to conditions on a field are enabled. The strands 1 also improve the strength of the structure.
