Sleeve (2) for connecting a rock drill to an anchor bolt has two concentric, externally threaded sections (5, 6) on opposite sides. One of these has an annular groove (13), into which a flexible locking ring (14) is inserted. This has an internal diameter which is slightly smaller than the external diameter of the internal thread.
