The invention relates to medicine, in particular to diagnosis of functional state of the blood circulatory system in patients suffering from cardio-vascular and other diseases, as well as in reanimatology, obstetrics, paediatrics, traumatology, physiology and can be used in clinical practice and in experimental studies. The inventive task is aimed at developing a simple, non-invasive method for diagnosis of blood circulatory system state with high accuracy of the obtained values. According to the invention, a volumetric compression oscillogram is registered within 0-50 Hz frequency range and the analysis thereof with separate determination of pulsation and diastolic pressure in arteriolas, metarteriolas, end arteries. Diastolic and mean dynamic arterial pressure in the main artery are defined with subsequent defining systolic pressure and coefficient of deformation for the main artery by oscillations on the oscillogram section from the point of the diastolic arterial pressure to the point of the mean dynamic arterial pressure. The present method broadens diagnostics abilities of the cardio-vascular system state , including peripheral resistance of the internal vessels and makes monitoring of arterial pressure more comfortable. |
