The present invention relates to a jig apparatus for removing burrs of a cell phone case, which can remove the burrs formed in the inner and outer part of a cell phone case during the primary molding thereof. The jig apparatus comprises: a lower mold (10) including, at the top thereof, a plurality of supports (14) having a receiving groove (12) to receive a primarily molded cell phone case; an outer shape cutting member (20) provided on the top of the lower mold (10), and having a cutting through-hole (22) for cutting outer burrs (3) of the cell phone case while passing through the outer rim portion of each support (14); an inner shape cutting member (30) provided on the top of the outer shape cutting member (20), and having a cutter (32) which is inserted into the inner part of the cutting through-hole (22) to cut inner burrs (4) of the cell phone case received in the receiving groove (12) of the support (14); and an upper mold (40) provided at the top of the outer shape cutting member (20) and the inner shape cutting member (30), facing the lower mold (10) and connected to the lower mold (10) by way of a rod (42) so that the molds are elevated and dropped relative to each other. |
