The present invention provides a method for preparing a transparent composite material, the method comprising the following steps: forming an opaque sheet including transparent resin fibers and nanofibers by electrically spinning a first liquid mixture including a transparent resin and a volatile solvent and spraying a second liquid mixture including the nanofibers and the volatile solvent; and heat-treating the opaque sheet to make the opaque sheet transparent, wherein the heat-treatment comprises the following steps: firstly heat-treating the opaque sheet; and secondly heat-treating the firstly heat-treated opaque sheet at a temperature condition different from that of the first heat-treatment.
