Provided is a direct current (DC) removing device comprising: a signal combining unit; a DC offset generating unit; and a DC detecting unit. The signal combining unit receives a digital output signal and a DC offset signal outputted from a digital function block; and generates a summed signal summing the digital output signal and the DC offset signal. The DC offset generating unit generates a DC offset compensating an offset and outputs the DC offset signal to remove a DC component included in the digital output signal. The DC detecting unit receives the summed signal outputted from the signal combining unit and detects whether or not the DC component exists in the summed signal.
