PURPOSE:To offer a high speed shift register operated in synchronizing with a single phase AC power supply by constituting the shift register with a driving circuit, a master flip-flop having a storage loop and a slave flip-flop being an SGA circuit. CONSTITUTION:Plural register cells 100 are connected in series, and each register cell 10 consists of a magnetic flux quantum interference circuit 102, the master flip-flop 101 comprising the electric superconduction loop of an inductor 103 and of a damping resistor 104, the slave flip-flop 105 and a driving circuit 106. The magnetic flux quantum interference circuit is controlled by a timing current flowing via a terminal 108. This invention adopts the logical circuit of the AC power supply driving system, performs the logical operation during an activating time Ta and the logical circuit is reset during the inactive time. The master flip-flop stores a permanent current in the electric superconduction loop so as to maintain the inactive time Tn and the slave flip-flop transmits the information of the master flip-flop to the logical circuit at the start of the activating time Ta. |
