SOLUTION: In this recording media, the CD or the disk having the same size as that of the CD which is specified by a Red Book Standard correcting the error according to CIRC by quantizing an audio signal and indexing the program searching of the music with sub-codes P, Q, is formed to 2-layer structure to record the dynamic picture with the compression of MPEG 2. When the signal is recorded, in this case, the recording is made by performing a specific scrambling, and a copy inhibiting code mark 2 symbolized by using a box figure code discriminating the type of scramble is printed at the position around the inner peripheral side 4 of the disk. |
