The recordable optical magnetic recording medium is produced by vacuum depositing or sputtering the alloy composing of aluminium (Al) and tin (Sn). Pref. in the alloy, tin (Sn) component can be replaced with indium (In), bismuth (Bi), selenium (Se), or germanium (Ge). The contained ratio of tin (Sn) component is to satisfy the condition, Sn/(Al+Sn) = 0.3-0.65. The thickness of the coated layer consisting of the alloy is 450-1400 angstrom. The obtd. medium have good durability. |
