<p>PURPOSE:To absorb the fluctuation torque of a cam shaft by a simple structure, and prevent generation of collision noise when a cup-like case collides with a cylindrical piston. CONSTITUTION:The valve timing control device is provided with at least one projection part 60 formed on either of a cup-like case 35 or a cup-like cover 49, a guide hole 61 formed to be faced the projection part 60, a clearance 48, and a viscous fluid sealed between the projection part 60 and the guide hole 61. The projection part 60 is housed in the guide hole 61 so that it can move in the circumferential direction of an input pulley.</p> |
