SCROLL COMPRESSOR AND AIR CONDITIONER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor for injection of which injection flow is increased by securing a big injection hole and to provide an air conditioner performing improved cycle efficiency by using the compressor. SOLUTION: In this scroll compressor, a fixing scroll and a turning scroll are respectively constituted by a baseplate and a spiral lap integrally formed. The fixing scroll has at least one of an injection hole to inject refrigerant into an intermediate compression chamber constituted by engaging both laps of the fixing scroll and the turning scroll to each other. The injection hole is in an elliptic like shape parallel to a tooth profile of the fixing scroll.
