A micro power amplification and generation apparatus is provided to amplify minute initial power through a movable wheel, an accelerating rotator, and a plurality of amplification units, thereby supplying the amplified power as auxiliary power. A micro power amplification and generation apparatus comprises a movable wheel(30) rotated at a low speed with a start motor combined in a drive shaft, a first amplification unit(50) which is connected to the drive shaft and rotates to amplify the rpm of a driven shaft, a second amplification unit which is connected to the driven shaft and rotates to amplify the output rpm, a power wheel(70) which is connected to the output end of the second amplification unit and is rotated at high speed about the fixed axis, a transformer(90) converting the electric energy obtained in the generator into operating voltage, and an accelerating rotator(40). The accelerating rotator includes an outer race combined in the drive shaft, a plurality of brackets(44) installed inside the outer race, a weight(46) which is installed at each bracket to be rotatable and filled with liquid, and an elastic member supporting one end of the weight in order to restrict the endless rotation of the weight.
