The vehicle sliding tilting sunroof (5) has an interior rigid screen (11), able to slide independent of the sunroof, when the latter is closed or in a tilted position. - The screen movement is limited in the opening direction by a flexible band (17), cooperating with the screen rear edge. The band can have at least two fixings to hold it.
