PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe inspection device attaching/detaching device capable of improving operability in attachment/detachment and reducing operation cost. SOLUTION: This attaching/detaching device 15 can attach/detach pipe inspection device 10 traveling while clamping an inspection object pipe. The attaching/ detaching device 15 is provided with a pair of arms 17 having claws 16 engaged with and disengaged from an engaging member 13; a pair of operating rods 18 fitted almost orthogonally to the respective arms 17 and arranged parallel with each other; a link member 19 provided between the respective operating rods 18 to bring them close or separate them while keeping them parallel; bearing mechanism 21 provided at fitting parts 20 of the link member 19 to the operating rods 18 to support the fitting parts 20 rotatably around the axes of the operating rods 18; and operating levers 22 provided at the upper parts of the respective operating rods 18 to bring the respective operating rods 18 close or separate them and to rotate them around the axes.
