The insulation system uses spacers to produce an air layer for air circulation between the brickwork and insulation plate. A sliding regulator is fitted in the lower and upper region of the faade to control the circulation so that in hot climates where the regulators are fully open a draught is produced between brickwork and insulation. A heat exchanger and heating pipes enable heat exchange for cooler climates.
