An ice maker and a refrigerator having the same are provided to form a rotatable barrier wall to a frame to rotate and support a tray in association with the rotation of the tray, thereby preventing water from flowing out of the tray when a door of the refrigerator is opened or closed. An ice maker includes a frame(11) mounted in a door, a tray(12) rotatably mounted to the frame, and one or more barrier walls(20,22) formed in the frame to cover edges of the tray, wherein at least one(20) of the barrier walls, which is formed in the rotation direction of the tray, rotates in association with the rotation of the tray in the linear contact with the tray. |
