PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bellows pump device in which an impact pressure generated when working fluid is changed over from a suction to a discharging can be easily restricted even by an existing bellows pump.SOLUTION: A bellows pump device is operated in such a way that compressed air is supplied to one air chamber 26 of the tight-sealed two air chambers 21, 26 to extend a bellows 13 (14) to suck fluid to be transferred and the compressed air is supplied to the other air chamber 21 to shrink the bellows 13 (14) to discharge the fluid to be transferred. This bellows pump device comprises electropneumatic regulators 51 (52) for adjusting the first air pressure of compressed air supplied to one air chamber 26 and the second air pressure of the compressed air supplied to the other air chamber 21 and a control part 6 for controlling the electropneumatic regulators 51 (52) in such a way that the first air pressure may become lower than the second air pressure when at the time of finishing of the extension at the extension operation of the bellows 13 (14).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
