PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet that has high light-shielding performance and prevents defects occurring in a screen, including interference fringes.SOLUTION: There is provided an optical sheet (20) comprising a plurality of layers, and including a substrate layer (25), a plurality of light transmission parts (22) that are laminated on one face of the substrate layer and arranged along a layer surface of the substrate layer so as to transmit light, and an optical function layer (21) that includes light absorption parts (23) that are arranged between the adjacent light transmission parts so as to absorb light.
