<p>The invention refers to manufacturing methods of decorative products and decorations from artificial and natural materials, specifically - to produce spherically-shaped decorative ribbons, tied in a bow, for example, for decorating present wrapping. The goal is to simplify the production method, secure the stability of the finished product's shape and enlarge the assortment.The proposed method includes a semi-finished product producing: a set of decorative ribbon 4 loops 3 attached with the help of a flexible main ribbon 1 with narrow made loops 5 set; the main ribbon 1 ends 2 and 6 connects with made loops. The method's novelty is that the production is semi-finished: before making the first loop 3 on the main ribbon 1 leave free end 2; at a defined distance from the end make loop 3 of decorative ribbon, connect the bottom part of the ribbon's loop 3 with the main ribbon 1; make the main ribbon 1 loop 5 around the decorative ribbon 4 loop 3, and go over the bottom part of loop 3 and with the help of the main ribbon 1, tighten the loop-shaped attachment. The novelty of the decorative product's making is that before the main ribbon 1 ends 2 and 6 connection by made loops 3 tighten ribbons ends; then one end attaches immovable but the other end wraps up around the axis in order to get the spherically-shaped or globular shaped decorative product.Several versions of the method described above are proposed: one end of the main ribbon with made loops put in lays which make circles; in the case of similar length of decorative ribbon loops ends of decorative ribbon figuratively cut them off, but loop from main ribbon ends make in middle of object; make loops 3 from decorative ribbon 1 at different length, width, colour and texture.Fig. 3 shows the spherically-shaped product made by using one invention method.<IMAGE></p> |
