The framework for supporting the walls of nine galleries is made up of trough section members (2, 3) which can form arches matching the shape of the gallery. These trough members are secured to one another by U section bridging members (1) with cut-outs (29, 30) which fit over the beaded edges (7, 8) of the troughs and held in place by locking members which engage tubes (37) inserted through the arms of the bridging member. Each locking member has a U section inner part (22) with a hook (27) which grips one beaded edge (8). This is locked in position by a bolt (33) with a hooked end (21) which grips the other beaded edge (7). A pin (39) passes through a slot (38) through both the stem of the bolt (33) and the sides of the inner part (22).
