PURPOSE:To easily accomplish the judgement of deterioration of a developing agent by sticking the toner, which is floating in a developing apparatus, to a collecting plate, which is rpovided in the developing agent, and by comparing the amount of the toner sticked with a reference table which is prepared in advance. |
