The present invention makes it possible to regulate a working pressure between tool and workpiece via the tool. The workpiece can be firmly clamped in, despite irregular, unrecorded surface deviations, since the tool has the ability to give way to these unevennesses in order to make possible a uniform, sensitive pressure control between workpiece and tool.
