Arrangement for screefing of forest soil and for sowing tree seeds and, if necessary, also distribution of fertilizer. The arrangement is drawn by a tractor 13, disc wheels 1 on each side of the frame 3 rotating until they are braked by means of brake manoeuvring apparatus 8 and brake application device 9. Thereafter, screefing arms 2, which project radially out from the circumference of the disc wheel 1, make the mark in the soil. At the same time, control members 4 start up a dosing apparatus 5 which carries out sowing of seeds and/or distribution of fertilizer from container 6, 7 inside the wheel 1. The arrangement turns freely along the terrain about tow shaft 11. The arrangement can be lifted by means of hooks on lifting arms 12, for example for interrupting the screefing work or for moving the arrangement to another location. <IMAGE>
