PURPOSE: A method for forming pixels in a display device and a display device are provided to improve the visibility of a character by forming pixels using an exposure method and a developing method. CONSTITUTION: An exposure method is applied when a fluorescent face(4) is formed on an inner portion of a panel(2). The unit pixel(8) An outline shape of the unit pixel(8) is formed by a (2n+1) polygon where n is 2,3,4... a shadow mask(10) is formed with an electron beam penetrating hole(10a). The electron beam penetrating hole(10a) has the same shape as the unit pixel(8).
