PURPOSE: An exhaust air withdrawal device prevents loss of compressed air and improves output using efficiency of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A kick release valve(7) and an air tank(1) are mutually connected by the medium of a check valve(9) to prevent the backward flow of air from the air tank(1) to the kick release valve(7) when air exhausted to the atmosphere through the kick release valve(7) is to be re-flowed in the air tank(1), so that compressed air is speedily supplied to an air spring, that unnecessary loss of compressed air is prevented and that output using efficiency of an engine is improved because it is not necessary to continuously operate an air compressor.
