An automatic supply apparatus of a piston rod of a shock absorber is provided to improve quality of products, to increase productivity, and to cut down expenses by automatically feeding the piston rod coated by chrome to a buffing process without damage of a surface. An automatic supply apparatus(100) of a piston rod(10) of a shock absorber includes a pallet trolley(110) opening up and containing plural piston rods, a supply conveyor(130) arranged in a line spaced from the pallet trolley, a Cartesian coordinate robot unit(120) suspended on the pallet trolley and an inlet of the supply conveyor, an electromagnet handler(122) mounted in a portion for varying the position by the Cartesian coordinate robot unit to attach or detach the piston rod with magnetic force, a separation unit(132) formed in an upper part of the supply conveyor to separate the piston rod, an inclined supply chute(140) formed in front of an outlet of the supply conveyor to transfer the piston rod, and a supply opening unit(142) formed at an outlet of the inclined supply chute to control supply of the piston rod finally by opening or closing. The pallet trolley is fixed by a clamper(112).
