A composition comprising an extract of peach blossom and deep sea water is provided to supply rich minerals to human body and improve the skin status when being taken. The composition comprises an extract of peach blossom which is prepared by using deep sea water as an extraction solvent and deep sea water. Regarding 100 parts by weight of the deep sea water, 0.1-20 parts by weight of the extract of peach blossom is contained. The composition is a skin cosmetic composition which is in the form of milky lotion, lotion, cream, face lotion, essence, pack, gel, powder, lipstick, makeup base, foundation, ointment, patch, beauty solution, cleansing form, cleansing cream, cleansing water, soap or spray.
