PURPOSE:To prevent slack of a conveyor chain by providing individual slack characteristic circuits and an acceleration and deceleration estimating circuit for speed control systems and by turning on and off the slack characteristic circuits in accordance with an output signal of the acceleration and deceleration estimating circuit. CONSTITUTION:Speed control systems of motors M and Ms which drive conveyor chains individually involve slack characteristic circuits D and Ds which reduce the speed control output, and an acceleration and deceleration estimating circuit E which estimates the latest speed control condition is connected to those systems to turn on and off the slack characteristic circuits D and Ds in accordance with output signals a1 and a2 of the acceleration and deceleration estimating circuit E. The follow-up speed to a reference value may be slowed, so that the conveyor chain can be controlled so as not to show a slack, if transfer articles are carried on the descendant slope. |
