<p>PURPOSE:To provide a small-sized low-cost optical printer as a result of eliminating complicated driving circuit of a light emitting pixel and many drivers even in the case of a photosensitive member exposure by tricolor spectrometric analysis. CONSTITUTION:An optical printer comprises light emitting means 1 for emitting a light at least based on image information, a condensing optical system 3 for condensing the light from the means 1 on a photosensitive member 4, and support or discharge means 6 for the member 4, wherein the member 4 is exposed based on the information, and the image is formed on the member 4. Thus, red, green, blue optical filters F1, F2, F3 are so respectively provided on an optical paths from the means 1 to the system 3 and from the system 3 to the member 4 as to obtain the red, green and blue colors from the light from the means 1 by color spectrometric analysis. Liquid crystal shutters 2a, 2b, 2c having functions of switching the shield and passage of the lights passed through the filters F1, F2, F3 are respectively provided on the paths.</p> |
