PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a proper damping effect so as to be achievable by rotating a rubber insulator equipped with an inner pipe and a pair of mutually opposed holes having contour curves where each radius is varied each with this pipe as the center. SOLUTION: A power plant mounting bush 10 is equipped with a rubber insulator 16 provided with an inner pipe 11 installed in the center and a pair of point symmetrical holes 13 having contour curves of an involute curve, etc., where each radius is continuously varied with this pipe as the center, whereby it is installed in a mounting bracket 25 free of rotation by means of a bearing 20. In addition, a number of electromagnets 26 are set up in the bracket 25 at regular intervals along the circumference, and in opposition to this, a number of the electromagnets 15 are installed even in an outer pipe 14 of the rubber insulator 16 and this circumferential outer surface at regular intervals. On the other hand, attraction and repulsion both selectively act on an interval between these electromagnets 15 and 26 by an impressing power source being controlled by these respective electromagnets 15 and 26, whereby the rubber insulator 16 is rotated at a constant angle. |
