PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction fitting for a cleaner wherein the rotational power of a rotary brush can be improved without the use of an electric motor or turbine. SOLUTION: There are provided a suction fitting body 1 having a suction port 7 on its underside, a rotary brush storing room 8 formed in the body 1, and a rotary brush 11 which is provided in the port 7 so as to be rotated in the room 8. A plurality of suction ports 20 and 27 are formed in the rotating direction of the brush 11 to introduce the outside air into the room 8, and guides 21 and 22 guides 28 and 29 are formed in the suction ports 20 and 27, respectively to guide the outside air drawn into a cleaner body so that the rotational power is imparted to the body 15 of the brush 11 and a blade 16 in the same direction.
