The information management server (50) has: a settlement information reception unit (203) for receiving settlement information and storing the received settlement information in a detailed settlement database (52); and a transmission unit (207) for transmitting prize data stored in a content storage unit (60) to a mobile telephone (100) upon reception of settlement information from the mobile telephone (100).
