PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element transfer body such that manufacturing processes are simple and a pressure chamber of an ink jet head and a piezoelectric element can be precisely bonded together, and a method of manufacturing an ink jet head using the same.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element transfer body has an adhesive sheet and piezoelectric elements laminated in order on a base material, and the piezoelectric elements are a plurality of piezoelectric elements arranged substantially at equal intervals and include a dummy piezoelectric element which does not contribute to discharging of ink. Further, a method of manufacturing the ink jet head includes: using the piezoelectric element transfer body and positioning a pressure chamber of an ink jet chamber and the piezoelectric element according to a mark provided at a specific position of a diaphragm and the dummy piezoelectric element; and eliminating adhesive strength of the adhesive sheet after bonding the piezoelectric element and diaphragm together so as to remove the base material and adhesive sheet from the diaphragm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
