PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dangers due to inadvertent operation of an electric apparatus by connecting a switch through resistor with a terminal plug and a ground terminal, thereby resumption of indoor power supply even if power interrupt is recovered. SOLUTION: A terminal plug 8 is connected with an AC power supply and a ground terminal 11 is not yet grounded on the AC power supply side, it is connected to the grounding side. Under that state, a no current flows into an apparatus. When an earthquake is sensed by an electric shock sensor 2, a trigger actuates a timer 5 to turn a switch 4 upon elapse of a predetermined time. When power is interrupted and eventually recovered, a current on the order of 200mA flows through a resistor 7 to the ground terminal 11, for example, and indoor power supply is interrupted through a ground leakage breaker in a distribution board. Consequently, dangers connected with inadvertent operation of an electric apparatus can be prevented. |
