PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the bonding strength by a method wherein at least two segments comprising a woven fabric of which the amount of polyester is specified, are bonded by a joint formed by a ultrasonic wave, and on the joint, a series of combined areas being offset from each other by a segment which is not combined by the ultrasonic wave, are arranged. SOLUTION: For a roll towel 10 comprising a woven fabric, at least 60% of which is polyester, on both ends of an intermediate fabric surface 14, a border end edge part 12 which is combined by the ultrasonic wave, is respectively formed. Also, the roll towel 10 is equipped with one ore more bonded parts 16 formed by the ultrasonic wave, extending to the width, and by the bonded parts 16, respective segments of the roll towel 10 are combined. The bonded part 16 which is formed by the ultrasonic wave is equipped with a discontinuous joint having a pattern of a combined area 18, e.g. a narrow and long shape, being offset from each other by a segment within the border of the joint, which is not combined by the ultrasonic wave. |
