In (1), R is H or C1-4 alkyl; Het is a heterocyclic radical of aromatic character contg. 1 or 2 N atoms of pyrid-2-yl, pyrid-3-yl, pyrid-4-yl, pyridazinyl, pyrazinyl, or quinolyl; X is S or O atom; Y is S or O atom or methylene; R1 is C1-4 alkyl. I is prepd. by the reaction of II and R-NH2. I is used to treat gastrointestinal ulcers and hypertension.
