PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device in which creeping of a bearing outer ring in a rolling bearing of a rotational machine and the inner surface of a housing is prevented, and a machine device provided with the bearing device. SOLUTION: A circumferential housing groove 8 is provided on one fitting surface of the outer peripheral surface of a rolling bearing 1 or the inner peripheral surface of a housing 6, an elastic body 9 is inserted in the compression state, the elastic body 9 is brought in press-contact with the other fitting surface, at least one recessed part 10 facing the housing groove 8 is provided on the other fitting surface by a cut groove 10a, the elastic body 9 is projected into the recessed part 10, and the projecting part 12 is engaged with the side surface in the torque direction of the recessed part 10 to prevent generation of sliding. |
