PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel formulations for neoplastic, infectious and other diseases, the formulations being able to provide adequate blood levels of effective compounds for the treatment, by oral administration without the need for intravenous infusion.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an oral pharmaceutical composition that can provide blood and plasma levels of drugs effective in treating diseases by orally administering a pharmaceutical agent containing N-methylol transfer agents such as Taurolidine and Taurultam represented by the structural formula shown in Fig. 1 to release an active agent into the duodenum or jejunum and/or to release at a pH of about 5.4 to about 6.5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
